Back at Portman Road next week as manager of Stowmarket Town - in the Suffolk Senior Cup Final. Nickname at Ipswich was `Rocky` as he used to box before playing football. This week he was sent from the dugout after throwing a punch at an opponent!

I went to school with David. Have not seen him since I left in 1976. My favourite boy at school!!! Would love to see him again and see how he is. Maybe meet his family and catch up. Found this Web site by accident

I am the fiance of one of his daughters. Since breaking his leg and ending his playing career,he has managed and coached at Ipswich Wanderers, Woodbridge Town and, currently, Stowmarket Town. He played in the FA Vase Trophy Final for Sudbury and scored at Wembley. He is still a keen Ipswich Town fan.
