Great player in his time.Should still be playing if it was not for David Bingham. He was not even qualified as a physio at the time. He was out for over 6 months with knee problems and was told it was in his head,making it up. After having an operation in Cambridge he was back playing within 3 weeks but missed his chance to secure a place in the team, what a shame.
